ZeroX is being developed for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. The goal is a fully synchronized experience across all your devices — start a study session on desktop, check your fitness log on mobile, all in perfect sync.
How does the AI assistant work? +
The ZeroX AI assistant is context-aware — it knows your tasks, study schedule, fitness goals, and research projects. You can ask it to plan your day, analyze your progress, suggest a study plan, or simply motivate you. It learns your patterns and becomes more personalized over time.

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZeroX ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZeroX.

2. License Grant

ZeroX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application or its source code.

3. Privacy & Data

ZeroX collects minimal data necessary to operate the Application. Local data (notes, tasks, study sessions) remains on your device unless you opt into cloud sync. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Email addresses collected through our waitlist are used solely to send you the download link and relevant product updates. You may opt out at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use ZeroX for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Application, or to interfere with the service's normal operation. Any misuse may result in immediate account termination.

5. AI Assistant Usage

The ZeroX AI assistant is provided as a productivity aid. AI-generated suggestions, plans, and recommendations are not professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always exercise your own judgment. ZeroX is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and features within ZeroX are the exclusive intellectual property of ZeroX. The ZeroX name, logo, and brand identity may not be reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZeroX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Use of the Application is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of ZeroX following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via the email address provided.

10. Governing Law
